Christian Women United

Mission: Christian Women United is a mentoring ministry that helps women develop spiritual growth and supportive friendships. God calls for women to share their goals, dreams and spiritual journies. All women are encouraged to join this ministry. Some of our activities consist of retreats, workshops an Ladies Night Out programs where we combine bible study with recreational activities.

Church Clerk Ministry

Mission Statement: The mission of the Church Clerk ministry is to assist in accomplishing the mission of the Rose of Sharon Baptist Church.

Trustee's Ministry

Principal Function: The Trustees are responsible for the maintenance and management of the church buildings, the parsonage, as well as all real property of the church. A Trustee, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit manage God's buildings and resources.

Mission: Trustees are involved with the entire church body in providing facilities that invite and promote the church's ministry mission. Acting as the church's legal agents, they are responsible for the maintenance and management of the church buildings, as well as, all real property of the church. Other responsibilities include collection/deposit of weekly offerings, payment of bills, signing of all documents, safekeeping of legal papers, custodial supervision, inventory maintenance, repair replacement of equipment and submitting budget proposals.
